Jessica is absolutely the best!!

I went to Sports Clips and despite being the first person there they did not put us on the list. I said Hello to everyone and they acknowledged us. As person skipped us and skipped us and we kept asking and they said we were next. Next never came. The manager is zero help! When I explained the situation to her she was very unhelpful. With an unhelpful manager and a dirty store, I will never return. My son liked the sports theme and liked getting his hair cut here, but we will never return. Awful! I do not recommend at all. There are much better places in Clermont and we are going to go there from now on. Edit: I cannot respond to their response, so I will do so here. Was it the owner who was rude to my son and I that day? If you are open then you are open. Trying to get sympathy from Covid 19 is disgusting.

Every time I visit Sports Clips, the stylists do a great job and are very friendly. On my recent visit, I was very impressed with the precautions the staff took in regards to COVID-19.
